The buildings built with the Karmod prefabricated construction model will be used as a worksite construction site with the company's management building to build and operate a 120-megawatt fuel-oil power plant in Madagascar.
The panel system will be used for at least 20 years within the scope of the project.
The buildings we built on behalf of Aksaf Power, which will produce energy for the public enterprise Jiro Sy Rano Malagasy (Jirama), which performs electricity and water operation services of the Republic of Madagascar. We delivered 4 duplex buildings built in this project in a short period of 1 month. We are planning to use the power plant of our structures both for the construction phase and for the duration of the operation for at least 20 years. With the advantage of our montage system which has long-term usage properties, we can remove it and re-install it for other projects.
The buildings produced by Karmod within the scope of the power plant project are composed of 4 duplex units and have a total size of 1911 meters.
The project consists of one 323 square meter two-storey office building, one 302 square meter two-storey local building, one 464 square meter two-storey engineer's dormitory and one 822 square meter two-storey worker's dormitory,
