UNDP Nigeria Offices
The offices delivery for the United Nation Development Program (UNDP) was carried out.
The buildings executed within the scope of the UNDP project and carried out by the Karmod Office in Nigeria will be used as service offices in the city of Maiduguri.
Karmod has signed many successful projects in more of 110 countries. In Nigeria, Karmod has been selected for the construction projects of the most important institutions in the world, such as United Nation and UNICEF.
The prefabricated demounted structures of Karmod are prefabricated in Turkey and are dispatched to the destiny country in a short period of time also, the Karmod team performs the installation and makes the delivery ready for their use. In Nigeria has been carried out important projects such as immigration camps and refugees camps for the ONU. Since 2015 in the Borno province for UNICEF mobile school was established. In addition to public institutions throughout the country, we are executing projects for work camps in the private sector, especially in the area of oil and mining.
The UNDP office buildings in Maiduguri are developed utilizing the Karmod new container generation, these containers use their own union system with bolts and without use of welding, in addition, and they have a special characteristics high thermal and acoustic isolation and long duration. The construction has a total of 216 m2; the office building has a total of 147 m2 and a capacity of 12 workers, a conference salon of 69 m2 and capacity of 30 persons. The most highlight characteristics of the office buildings are the use of energy saving climate units, ceramic floors and the use of WC in all units.
