Vaditepe Bahcesehir Kiptas Housing Project

We installed construction site dormitory building fort he Kiptas Vaditepe housing project that is one of the giant collective housing projects of Istanbul. The container construction we built with new generation container model, have been designed as three-storey with the jointed container plan. It has 882 square meters usage area. There are workers’ rest rooms consisting of dormitories, container wc and shower units in Vaditepe construction site building.

Kiptas is bringing 4000 more new housings to Istanbul with Vaditepe Basaksehir project. The giant housing project are being installed on the 384.000 m2 land. Our container construction site building have been preferred for a project that is important like that.

Karmod’s jointed container construction site buildings produced in its modern facilities are delivered ready for use by installed on site with the screwed demounted system. Karmod container buildings that are produced with sandwich panel wall and roof system has high insulation of heat and sound. With a good insulation, it is preparing fresh places for the construction site employees working in under tough conditions. All living spaces are produced in international standards, designed and built in accordance with the worker accommodation system with the dormitory units. 250.000 square meters section composing the %65 of the Vaditepe collective housing project area is seperared for the green area.

Vaditepe Basaksehir project where there are different apartment options between one and five rooms, there are also 25.000 square meters commercial areas in additions to the houses. In the project that neighborhood concept is aimed, there are two and three-bedroom apartments addressing to the different budgets. Spacious living spaces, social areas, open and closed parking lots in the project are designed specific to revitalizing neighborhood culture. There are so many social activity areas like cafes, restaurants, stores, school, social facilities and mosque in the project built 1 km from TEM Highway. Kiptas that is a association of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality produced 63000 houses since its foundation.
