|System||Welded steel structure reinforced with specially shaped box profiles.
Armour:First, steel structure is prepared with the strong steel profiles , then covered by armour steel. Protection Level is BR7.
Interior Coating; 8 mm cement board applied on steel armour. (PVC wainscot is used in Cabins with WC). Also different types of coating materials can be used such as waterproof fiberboard with aesthetic appearance.
Wall coating; 40 mm thickness, 10 kg/m³ Polystyrene foam (EPS) with fire class B1; full heat insulation, Rockwool or glasswool can be applied based on requirements.
Exterior coating;12 mm thick Wooden or Stone appereance coating cement boards can be apllied on steel armour.

Tough polycarbonate drawn based. Glass thickness is 40 mm . It can be manufactured in any size. The frame is made of special steel armor BR7 class which makes special frame .|

|INSTALLATIONS||Electric power 2000 W. 220 Volt power for sockets. 3x2,5 mm for lighting 2x1.5 mm TSE certificated NYM cables are used. All installation materials have TSE certificate .|
|OTHER||Cabin air ventilation and exterior lighting are included. Optionally, emergency siren sound also can be applied.|

|The concrete foundation should be 20 cm wider than the cabin and the ground assembling of cabin, electricity, clean water and waste water connection are responsibiliry of the customer.|
